The role focuses on integrating privacy requirements into contracts, change management, and DPIAs, with extensive experience in ISO27001/02/27 guidance. Master in Law and 8+ years in privacy/security are required.

The position emphasizes independency, proactive collaboration, and strong communication across multidisciplinary teams, with DPO certification as a nice-to-have.

• Integrate security and privacy requirements in contract management with service providers.
• Integrate security and privacy requirements in change management.
• Update processing agreements and the processing register.
• Contribute to ISMS and PIMS maintenance and improvement.

• - Integrate/follow up security and privacy requirements in contract management with service providers
• - Integrate security and privacy requirements in change
  management
• - Optimize register with processing agreements
• - Update existing processing agreements (if necessary)
• - Updating processing register (including retention periods)
  and setting up a process for maintenance of the register
• Contributing to
  optimization and maintenance of Client ISMS and PIMS
• 8 years experience as a legal expert in privacy and
  information security
• 8 Years experience as a Security Consultant within one of the
  following environments: data, infrastructure, applications, .
• Demonstrable
  experience in data governance (data classification, data retention, data
  transfer, etc.) in cloud environments
• Proven experience
  in implementing ISO27001/ISO27002/ISO27701
• Demonstrable
  experience in developing contracts with service providers and customers, more
  specifically the information security and privacy aspects
• Demonstrable
  experience in developing DPIAs and risk analyses
• Demonstrable
  experience with processing registers and (registers of) processing agreements
• Demonstrable
  knowledge and experience in Information Security Management (ISO2700x)
• Demonstrable
  knowledge of Belgian privacy legislation & GDPR
• The candidate has a
  Master's degree in Law
• the candidate can
  sufficiently convince of the necessary communication skills in the context of
  collaborations within multidisciplinary teams
• the candidate is
  sufficiently convinced to be able to work independently and proactively
