Nova Engineering is seeking a Senior Automation Software Engineer to lead software activities within complex automation projects. You will develop, implement, test, install and maintain industrial software while ensuring quality and validation standards.

The role includes preparing software validation documents and serving as the technical point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Software Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• 10+ years of experience in automation and industrial software development.
• Fluent in English; Dutch an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of all software-related activities within complex automation projects.
• Develop, implement, test, install, and maintain industrial software solutions.
• Prepare software validation documentation for cost, quality, and timing.
• Act as the technical point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovative technologies to optimise production processes and sustainability.
