Ticketmatic in Leuven is seeking a medior to senior PHP/Laravel developer to design and build custom plugins on our platform. You’ll work closely with cultural organisations across Europe, turning customer needs into robust technical solutions.

This role emphasizes collaboration with customers, ownership of projects from analysis to delivery, and regular in-person teamwork in Belgium. English and Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with PHP and Laravel at medior or senior level.
• Comfortable building custom plugins and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-collaboration mindset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; to work with European clients.
• Able to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.

Responsabilités

• Design and build custom PHP/Laravel plugins on top of the ticketmatic platform.
• Create new ticketing flows, data integrations and add-ons.
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into technical concepts and solutions.
• Collaborate directly with customers, from alignment calls to hands-on brainstorms.
• Take full ownership of projects from analysis to delivery.
