CONESSENCE in Belgium is seeking a dedicated HR and payroll administrator to manage payroll processing for both workers and clerical staff, and to act as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits and social legislation.

You will maintain personnel files, handle social-legal dossiers such as parental leave, time credits, sickness and training leave, supervise time tracking, absences and leave, and draft employment contracts and related documents.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing for both workers and employees.
• Act as the point of contact for staff questions about salary, benefits and social law.
• Maintain personnel files accurately and completely.
• Handle social-legal dossiers: parental leave, time credit, sickness, training leave, etc.
• Manage time registration, absences and leave.
• Draft and manage employment contracts and related documents.
• Contribute to HR process optimization and digitization.

Responsabilités

• Oversee payroll processing end-to-end for all staff.
• Serve as the main contact for payroll and benefit inquiries.
• Keep personnel records up to date and compliant.
• Process social-legal dossiers such as parental leave and sickness.
• Monitor time tracking, absences and vacation requests.
• Prepare contracts and HR documents as needed.
• Support HR digitization initiatives and process improvements.
