TVH is seeking a senior Progress OpenEdge developer in Belgium to lead development and improve best practices for applications and the team. You will collaborate to drive technical excellence and foster a solution-driven mindset.

You will assess feasibility, propose technical improvements, and implement features using Progress OpenEdge. You will mentor junior and senior developers and help shape architectural decisions across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and systematic way of working.
• Excellent problem analysis and communication.
• Experience with Progress OpenEdge development.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• REST/JSON and testing knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Assess the feasibility of functional analysis using technical expertise.
• Advise and recommend technical improvements.
• Develop functionalities using available development tools.
• Progress OpenEdge development as core focus, with potential to expand scope.
• Lead and guide junior and senior developers to excellence.
• Fix incidents and drive improvements of applications and processes.
