Sopra Steria is seeking an experienced Senior OMP Consultant to implement cutting-edge OMP solutions, tailor configurations, and lead end-to-end delivery across client projects. You will collaborate with clients, run workshops, and drive adoption while integrating with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.

This role requires strong problem-solving and communication, with a focus on delivering impact in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, digital planning, or transformation projects (CPG or life sciences preferred).
• OMP certified and proven experience with OMP implementations.

Responsabilités

• Implement OMP Solutions to optimize planning, scheduling, and operations.
• Configure and tailor functionalities (dashboards, pyramids, conflicts) per client processes.
• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirements to go-live and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with clients through workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Enable successful adoption with user training and change management support.

Job Description

Your Role: Implement the Supply Chains of Tomorrow.

We are now looking for an experienced Senior OMP Consultant who will not only implement projects successfully but also help shape the future of our team, contributing to our growth and long-term success.

You will:

• Implement OMP Solutions: implement Cutting-Edge OMP Solutions: the industry’s leading digital supply chain planning platform, to optimize planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Configure and Tailor Solutions: customize functionalities (pyramids, conflicts, dashboards, multi-user) to align with client‑specific processes.
• Own the End-to-End Delivery Lifecycle: from requirement gathering and functional design to testing, go‑live, and post‑deployment support.
• Collaborate Closely with Clients: facilitate workshops, translate complex business needs into technical solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Enable Successful Adoption: deliver user training, change management support, and continuous knowledge transfer to ensure long‑term success.
• Integrate Seamlessly: work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and leverage tools such as SQL for data validation and integration.
• Ensure Quality Execution: guide UAT and cutover activities to ensure a stable and efficient go live.
• Coach and inspire:guide client teams and contribute to developing our internal expertise.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, digital planning, or transformation projects (preferably in CPG or life sciences).
• OMP certified and proven experience with OMP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain domains: forecasting, S&OP, DRP, production scheduling, etc.
• Ability to lead workshops, coach client teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and SQL for data analysis.
• You are a team player who shares knowledge, helps colleagues and likes to work together to make a difference at our customers.
• You have an intellectual curiosity and drive to continuously learn.
• You are open to work in an international environment.
• You speak English and Dutch fluently. Speaking French is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI/ML in supply chain planning is a plus.
