OneSource Consulting is seeking a senior Network & Security Architect/Lead Engineer to design, build, and operate the network and security landscape within a complex enterprise. You will lead architectural work, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and support critical incidents while coaching team members.

The role emphasizes hands-on operation, high availability, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 1 day per week onsite/Brussels travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master IT or equivalent through experience.
• Cisco CCNP or higher certification is required or strongly preferred.
• PCNSE and/or ACI certification are a strong plus.
• Architectural thinking with hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and coaching.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Defining and developing network & security architectures (HLD/LLD).
• Drafting technical roadmaps and standards.
• Leading and supporting data center projects and migrations.
• Translating business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Reviewing and monitoring the quality of implementations.
• Participating in operational support and complex troubleshooting (L3).
• Supporting critical incidents and problem analysis.
• Coaching and supervising engineers within the team.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
