Brunel in Brussels is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join an international network team responsible for critical infrastructure across Europe. You will operate, maintain and secure large-scale LAN/WAN and datacenter networks, with a focus on Cisco technologies and cloud connectivity.

You will contribute to network modernization, automation with Python and Ansible, and collaborate with global teams. The role requires on-call duty and a hybrid work arrangement after an initial onsite period.

Qualifications

• Senior networking professional with enterprise background.
• Experience with Cisco networking, cloud connectivity and security.
• Ability to operate, secure and modernize large networks across locations.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain LAN, WAN and datacenter network infrastructure.
• Support routing, switching, wireless and security platforms.
• Contribute to cloud connectivity and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Implement automation solutions using Python and/or Ansible.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams.
• Provide support for European sites when required.
• Prepare and execute infrastructure changes with stability and security.
