Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft ecosystem experience focusing on backend development.
• Deep knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, WinForms and Windows Services.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL code review and optimization.
• Experience with Selligent Campaign (legacy/on-prem) is a strong plus.
• Proven reverse engineering capabilities and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Reverse-engineer legacy desktop clients and backend automation utilities.
• Deconstruct complex database logic and document dependencies.
• Translate Selligent scripts into understandable specs and docs.
• Map data flows between Selligent, middleware, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate on modernization plans and migration requirements.
