Black Pen Recruitment is assisting a client in Malta to hire a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer for the Microsoft Business Solutions team. The role is hybrid in Sliema with a visa and relocation package included.

Requirements include 6–8 years in IT, strong OOP, React.js frontend and .NET backend, cloud services, databases, and DevOps awareness. Fluency in English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years hands-on IT experience required.

• Mentor and assist other developers, delegating where appropriate.
• Drive engagement and motivation to sustain talent and reduce attrition.
