Pauwels Consulting seeks a Senior .NET Developer to drive design and delivery of modern, accessible business applications. Build high-impact digital services from UI to backend, ensuring a responsive citizen and healthcare professional experience.

Lead frontend direction, implement features with .NET/Blazor, and ensure scalable, accessible UI aligned with design systems. Collaborate across teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and secure APIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years backend development with C# and Agile.
• 6+ years with Modern .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• 6+ years frontend development using HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design.
• 6+ years testing and quality practices: unit testing, integration testing, and UI automation.
• 6+ years delivering projects using Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years implementing Security and identity protocols via OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
• 5+ years Data and integration with Entity Framework Core and SQL.
• 3+ years with Blazor and Razor components.
• 3+ years delivering solutions that meet Web accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Fluent English with mastery of French or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for frontend development and promote consistent architecture and coding standards.
• Develop features, reusable components, and improvements using .NET and Blazor.
• Design scalable UI structures aligned with accessibility and design systems.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Integrate web apps with secure APIs and robust authentication flows.
• Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, static analysis, and testing strategies.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering practices and coach other developers.
