Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior ML Engineer to lead ML/AI operations within Biologics Discovery Data Science. You will own deployment, governance, and lifecycle management of ML/AI solutions across development and production environments.

You will build scalable pipelines, enable reproducible releases, and work closely with data scientists and partner teams to operationalize model-ready data for discovery workflows. This role emphasizes reliability and automation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related computational field.
• 4+ years of experience operationalizing and scaling AI/ML in production.
• Strong Python proficiency for AI/ML workflows.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern data platforms for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with model registries, experiment tracking, and ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
• Production AI/ML practices including versioning, deployment automation, CI/CD, observability, and scalable compute.
• Strong software development and collaboration with data scientists, AI/ML practitioners, and domain experts.

Responsabilités

• Build and operate scalable pipelines delivering model-ready data to ML and AI workflows.
• Ensure data capture, governance, and availability for downstream modeling and evaluation.
• Establish deployment, serving, monitoring, and lifecycle management across environments.
• Implement versioning, reproducible releases, and traceability in the AI lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data scientists and partner teams to enable production-grade AI capabilities.
