EMW, Inc. seeks a MISP Senior Engineer to maintain and extend NATO MISP core deployments from Mons, Belgium. You will coordinate with the service delivery manager, engineering manager, and a team of sysadmins, developers, testers, and data engineers, including engagement with open-source communities.

You will manage infrastructure, automate with Python scripts, and support exercises with dedicated instances. Strong security and leadership skills are essential for this NATO-focused role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience.
• Or at least 10 years of progressive expertise in related duties.
• At least 10 years in architecting deployment solutions and coordinating engineers.
• At least 10 years in system administration with LAMP stacks.
• Experience with Python scripting and web application development.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and English proficiency (NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3).

Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop NATO MISP core instances, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Proactively manage servers, ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability.
• Stand up and manage dedicated MISP instances for NATO exercises.
• Update MISP software, support change management validations.
• Develop Python scripts to integrate MISP with subsystems (SIEM, IDS).
• Lead and coordinate a small team of engineers during exercises.
• Provide training and content to user communities and operators.
