Job summary

TecQuality Deinze is seeking a Senior Design Engineer in Deinze to drive machine-building projects from concept to production. You will design, engineer, prototype, test and verify components and systems, ensuring alignment with quality, margins and timelines.

You will champion concept generation, participate in brainstorming, model ideas and interface with suppliers and customers, with travel up to 10% as needed in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as design engineer in machine-building environments.
• Involvement from concept through production, including prototyping, testing and verification.
• Interfacing with suppliers and internal/external customers; willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and engineering of machine-building projects.
• Prototype, test and verify components and systems; support production tooling and documentation.
• Ensure QA/QC, quality, margins and timeline requirements are met throughout the process.
• Participate in brainstorming, modelling and concept-generation activities.
