Hologic is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) & Sustainability in Zaventem, Belgium. You will lead EHS and sustainability programmes across international operations outside the United States, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong safety culture.

You will report to the Chief Sustainability Officer and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, HR and Regulatory teams to deliver regional EHS objectives and measurable improvements in safety and environmental

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading EHS in multinational settings.
• Experience across multiple regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of EHS compliance, risk management and safety culture programmes.
• Experience supporting sustainability reporting initiatives (ESG, CSRD).
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Experience presenting data and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Fluency in English.

Role location: Zaventem, Belgium

Travel:Approximately 30% across the first year

This is a unique opportunity to lead EHS and sustainability programmes across our operations outside the United States, driving compliance, strengthening safety culture and supporting our sustainability ambitions across EMEA and selected APAC locations.

Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, you'll work closely with leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Facilities, Commercial and Regulatory teams to make a measurable impact on both people safety and environmental performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead EHS governance, compliance and sustainability initiatives across international operations.
• Drive a strong safety culture through engagement, training and continuous improvement programmes.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in Environmental Health & Safety leadership roles.
• Experience operating across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of EHS compliance, risk management and safety culture programmes.
• Experience supporting sustainability, ESG or environmental reporting initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Experience presenting data and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred:

• Experience in medical devices, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or another regulated industry.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, IEMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Knowledge of European sustainability and ESG regulations, including CSRD, EPR, REACH and related frameworks.
• Previous people leadership experience.

Salary: Euro 105,000 – 130,000 gross per year

The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures.
