BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager to lead audit projects with an emphasis on client relationships and team development. This role requires a Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering, at least 10 years of auditing experience, and fluency in Dutch or French and English. • Deliver peace of mind – Manage the preparation and discussion of opinions letters and financial statements. Your work ensures accurate financial reporting.
• Mentor and develop – Lead audit teams and junior colleagues, sharing your technical expertise while building the leadership skills that define the next step in your career.
• Stay ahead of the curve – Get training through BDO Academy and external programs to stay sharp on audit standards, new techniques and regulatory developments.

What do you bring to the table?

Your Foundation

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering, with additional financial-economic qualifications being a strong asset.
• Minimum 10 years of professional auditing experience where you've demonstrated your technical capabilities and client management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English; additional languages are valued and can open doors to our diverse client portfolio.
