KBC Group Treasury invites a senior expert to lead the liquidity strategy and steer funding activities. You will work with an international team to analyze and simulate liquidity positions, shaping frameworks and strategies for a solid balance sheet.

You will monitor markets and regulatory developments, present findings to senior management, and mentor project teams while maintaining a proactive, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least three years of relevant work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of funding and liquidity domain and experience delivering projects in first and second line.
• Desire to deepen expertise in funding & liquidity and balance sheet management.

Responsabilités

• Lead in preparing KBC Group's liquidity strategy and present to senior management.
• Monitor developments in funding and liquidity (markets, regulation, peers).
• Analyze liquidity position at consolidated and entity levels with international team.
• Use simulations of funding and liquidity positions to guide strategy and balance sheet developments.
• Develop frameworks and strategies to steer the balance sheet toward a solid, stable funding position.
• Support international project teams and manage other experts.
