Sportoase Groot Schijn is looking for a Senior Lifeguard to ensure safety in and around the pool. You will watch over swimmers, maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and follow safety procedures, cleaning schedules, and water analyses to guarantee top-quality experiences for every visitor.

You will assist swimming lessons when needed, or have the opportunity to lead them entirely yourself, with our commitment to investing in your growth through training.

Responsabilités

• You watch over swimmers and act quickly where needed
• You help maintain a neat, safe, and pleasant environment: you keep an overview and balance
• You follow safety procedures, cleaning schedules and water analyses to guarantee top quality for every visitor
• You support swimming lessons when needed, or have the opportunity to lead them entirely yourself – we invest in your growth and provide training
• You regularly communicate with center management about what’s going on
