Koda Staff in Brussels is seeking a Senior Test Automation engineer who designs and builds test frameworks from scratch, not just maintenance. You’ll develop API tests with REST Assured, UI tests with Selenium WebDriver, and containerize environments with Docker/Podman, while mentoring peers.

This hybrid role requires 2 days onsite in Brussels and 3 days remote, offering a senior path in a growing quality assurance team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience testing within Java environments.
• Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Practical knowledge of Cucumber/BDD practices.
• Track record of building automation frameworks from zero.
• Comfort working with Docker or Podman containers.
• A senior mindset: you spot risks before they become bugs, and you mentor as you build.

Responsabilités

• Design and build test automation frameworks from scratch - your architecture, your standards.
• Develop robust API test suites using REST Assured.
• Build and maintain UI automation with Selenium WebDriver.
• Containerize and run test environments using Docker/Podman.
• Collaborate closely with developers to embed quality early in the SDLC.
