Swift is seeking a Senior/Lead Java Developer to join the Data Management Platform foundation team. You will help establish the DMP and Design, develop, test and deploy data product features across Belgium and Malaysia. The role emphasizes leadership, scalability, and collaboration with multi-national squads.

The squad operates from Kuala Lumpur and La Hulpe, offering a hybrid, cross-border engineering environment that values secure, innovative data solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in systems development with leadership exposure (2+ years).
• Proven expertise in data engineering and software development practices.
• Hands-on experience on a Data Management Platform.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end technical vision for core Data Management Platform components.
• Drive design decisions and contribute to design reviews across teams.
• Evolve platform capacity, performance, security and governance.
