Vivid Resourcing is seeking a freelance Java Developer in Antwerp to join the Daily Banking team. You will maintain, develop, and test Java backend services critical to payment systems, integrating with external partners and internal apps. You will contribute to the cloud modernization using AKS and Terraform.

The role requires 3+ years in Java/Spring, Azure experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with Java and the Spring Framework.
• Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Knowledge of financial systems and integration platforms such as Sopra is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Design a robust solution with Architect and Analyst to fit the IT landscape.
• Integrate with external systems like Sopra and Worldline for seamless processing.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum team following SAFe framework.
• Participate in testing to ensure code quality.
• Improve code and processes through reviews, automation, and best practices.
