Rhox is seeking a senior strategic IT buyer to develop category purchasing strategies, prioritising software and IT consultancy before services and IT hardware. You will work with IT experts to improve sourcing and strengthen supplier and contract management.

Responsibilities include analysing purchasing needs, leading high-level supplier negotiations, governing IT contracts, and designing pricing mechanisms. All work is conducted exclusively in French.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in IT purchasing and strategic sourcing.
• Category management across IT supplies and services.
• Supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Contract management covering optimisation, corrective actions and service continuity.
• Knowledge of the IT market and supplier ecosystem.
• French language is native or fluent.

Responsabilités

• Analyse purchasing needs and costs to streamline public procurement.
• Manage strategic supplier performance, escalations and disputes.
• Lead high-level supplier negotiations.
• Govern IT contracts to manage contractual and financial risks.
• Design pricing mechanisms and monitor service delivery through SLA/KPI.
• Support supply chain security for NIS 2 compliance.
