PwC is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer in IP/IT and Data to bridge law and technology. You will contribute to multidisciplinary international teams, advising on IP, IT, data protection, and digital products.

You will draft complex licenses and agreements, assess regulatory risk, and participate in cross-border transactions, with emphasis on EU digital legislation and privacy considerations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law with IP/IT specialization.
• At least 3 years of IP/IT and data law experience.
• Fluent in Dutch; strong English; French knowledge valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert legal advice on IP, IT, data, digital products, and cyber security.
• Draft complex commercial agreements for development, sale, or purchase of IP and digital platforms.
• Identify legal risks, perform due diligence in M&A projects, and monitor new regulations.
