Capgemini Belgium is seeking a seasoned engineer to monitor aging and reliability of instrumentation components, and to define and improve maintenance strategies by equipment family. The role focuses on maintaining CHM processes and aligning with regulatory requirements across maintenance plans.

You will lead the lifecycle of preventive maintenance, analyze root causes of issues, and contribute to cross-functional teams with strong French and English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering with specialization in electrical, electromechanical, or instrumentation fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Strong skills in component reliability analysis with knowledge of standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor aging and reliability of instrumentation components using performance indicators and CHM processes.
• Define and continuously improve maintenance strategies by equipment family and sub-family; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the preventive maintenance programme, including qualification requirements translation into plans.
