TechWolf is seeking a senior Security & Compliance expert to own governance, risk and compliance programs end to end. You will sit with customers’ security teams as the named owner, run security due diligence, and negotiate security terms in contracts and DPAs.

The role reports to the Security Officer and directly influences the company’s compliance posture and protection of strategic deals. Based in Belgium with a Ghent office, you will work in a fast-paced, AI-first environment, collaborating

Qualifications

• Owned enterprise security assurance for clients with high expectations from due-diligence responses to signed contracts.
• Experience guiding ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audits end-to-end as the owner.
• Fluent in privacy and data protection, including GDPR and cross-border transfers.
• Own risk and governance, define methodology and ISMS documentation that withstands audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external stakeholders under ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise security due diligence for large deals end-to-end, including questionnaires and incident follow-ups.
• Design and scale our security governance programs and vendor risk tiers.
• Manage certifications like ISO 27001, SOC 2 and alignment with AI regulatory requirements.
• Steer GDPR posture and EU AI Act considerations across the business.
• Lead risk workshops with senior stakeholders and articulate risk to leadership.
• Develop ISMS docs, management-review cycles and governance gaps.
• Shape the future security and compliance roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee governance around incidents and post-mortem learning.
