Amcor is seeking an HR Business Partner Supply Chain who will shape and elevate the people agenda across a multi-country supply chain network impacting over 64 plants globally. This pivotal role involves collaborating with senior leaders to implement HR initiatives that enhance performance and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, proven HR leadership in FMCG supply chains, and experience with HR systems like SuccessFactors and Workday.

This position is hybrid and offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic HR decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.
• Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
