ACENSI in Brussels seeks a Senior Bank Connectivity Solution Expert to support design, deployment, and integration of connectivity solutions in a complex Treasury environment. You will act as a functional expert and SPOC across deployment waves, aligning local requirements with the Treasury Core Model.

The role emphasizes leading pre-design, fit-to-standard assessments, UAT, change management, and documentation across international teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Treasury, Bank Connectivity or related field.
• Experience in international and complex organisations.
• Proven expertise in Bank Connectivity and Treasury Management Systems (SAP or other TMS).
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, electronic banking systems and payment practices.
• Experience with SWIFT and Bank Connectivity projects involving multiple banking partners.
• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in a multicultural environment.
• Experience with Fit-to-Standard, Solution Design, UAT, Change Management and Go-Live activities.
• Knowledge of Signavio or other Business Process Modelling tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Country Pre-Design and Fit-to-Standard assessments with Treasury BPM Owners and local stakeholders.
• Assess local requirements against the Treasury Core Model and identify gaps and localization needs.
• Ensure consistency of deployed processes with the Core Model.
• Manage integration topics with P2P, CI2C, A2R and TCM.
• Act as SPOC for Bank Connectivity across deployment waves.
• Support implementation partners during Fit-to-Standard and Solution Design phases.
• Provide expertise on processes, solution design, change management, authorizations and internal controls.
• Support UAT and testing activities, including issue resolution and validation.
• Ensure quality and update of process, solution, and training documentation (Signavio).
• Support Go-Live activities with Cut-Over planning, rehearsals and Go-Live execution.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Bank Connectivity Solution Expert to support the design, deployment and integration of Bank Connectivity solutions within a complex international Treasury environment.

The consultant will act as a functional expert and SPOC across deployment waves, ensuring alignment between local business requirements, the Treasury Core Model and the solutions deployed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Country Pre-Design and Fit-to-Standard assessments with Treasury Business Process Owners, project teams and local stakeholders.
• Assess local business requirements against the Treasury Core Model and identify gaps, deviations and localization needs.
• Ensure consistency and compatibility of deployed processes and solutions with the Core Model.
• Manage integration topics with P2P, CI2C, A2R and TCM.
• Act as SPOC for Bank Connectivity throughout assigned deployment waves.
• Support implementation partners during Fit-to-Standard and Solution Design phases.
• Provide expertise on processes, solution design, change management, authorizations and internal controls.
• Support UAT and testing activities, including issue resolution and functional validation.
• Ensure the quality and update of process, solution, functional and training documentation, including documentation in Signavio.
• Support Solution Delivery Experts with Cut-Over planning, rehearsals and Go-Live execution.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Treasury, Bank Connectivity, Functional Consulting or a related field.
• Strong experience in international and complex organisations.
• Proven expertise in Bank Connectivity and Treasury Management Systems (SAP or other TMS).
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, electronic banking systems and payment practices.
• Experience with SWIFT and Bank Connectivity projects involving multiple banking partners.
• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in a multicultural environment.
• Experience with Fit-to-Standard, Solution Design, UAT, Change Management and Go-Live activities.
• Knowledge of Signavio or other Business Process Modelling tools is a plus.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively across international, multicultural and cross-functional teams.
