TiTANS Consulting seeks an experienced Functional Analyst to optimize Transport Execution Management processes and design IT solutions across mobile apps, Azure-based backends, and legacy integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document APIs with Swagger, and validate system interactions using sequence diagrams.

The role requires 5+ years in functional/business analysis, strong BPMN/UML skills, and fluency in English plus French or Dutch at high level.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Science or Engineering.
At least 5 years as Functional or Business Analyst.
Fluent in English and French (C2) or Dutch (C2) with the other at least B1.
On-site availability at least two days per week.
Experience with Jira and Confluence in at least one project.
Azure platform experience.

Responsabilités

Gather, structure, and prioritize requirements through workshops and elicitation sessions.
Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Document requirements, processes, and system interactions clearly.
Define acceptance criteria and test case foundations.
Document API specifications using Swagger for integrations.
Create and review sequence diagrams to validate system interactions.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to align solutions.
