The company in Antwerp is seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer on a CTO track to take technical ownership of OneView. You will work on retrieval (PostgreSQL/pgvector), LangGraph pipelines, a FastAPI backend, a React/TypeScript frontend, and CI/CD/observability in a small team with future CTO growth.

We focus on AI-native workflows shipped to real users, backed by Flemish grants, with a stack including Python/FastAPI, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL + pgvector, LangGraph and Azure.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI-native workflows to real users.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with emphasis on AI tooling.

Responsabilités

• Own OneView technical stack: backend, frontend and data retrieval pipelines.
• Lead CI/CD and observability to ship reliably in a small team.
• Becoming CTO as the team grows and responsibilities expand.

the company builds OneView, a legal AI platform that legal teams use in production for contract review, risk and compliance. We recently joined the Anchr software group and are scaling from proven MVP to production-grade platform.

You join as the third person in the team, next to the two founders, and take technical ownership of OneView: retrieval (PostgreSQL/pgvector), LangGraph pipelines, FastAPI backend, React/TypeScript frontend, plus the CI/CD and observability that let a small team ship with confidence. As the team grows, the role grows into CTO.

We care more about AI-native workflows you have shipped to real users than about ticking every box on a stack list. Real R&D backed by a Flemish innovation grant (VLAIO).
