Johnson & Johnson in Diegem, Belgium, is recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Supply Chain DACH Finance team for an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will support financial planning, improve reporting, and deliver insights across multiple entities.

The role requires 3–5 years FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP P01, S4 Hana and MS Office. You will partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive standardization and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant FP&A or financial planning experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to manage projects with accuracy and deadlines.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver monthly and quarterly actuals and budget reporting across platforms.
• Lead communications with senior management and finance teams.
• Support SOX reviews, headcount bridges, and P&L insights.
• Drive FP&A harmonization and process improvements.
