Korn Ferry in Brussels is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior consultants on high-impact projects in an international environment. You will manage calendars, travel, and client deliverables, create high-quality presentations, and help drive efficient use of AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

Experience supporting senior stakeholders in consulting or professional services.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

Partner with senior consultants and leaders to manage priorities, calendars and travel.
Coordinate client meetings, workshops, interviews and project activities.
Create high-quality presentations, proposals and client deliverables.
Support consulting projects from proposal through delivery.
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Use AI and digital tools to drive smarter and more efficient ways of working.
Ensure projects, documentation and processes run smoothly and professionally.
