Tsmg in Belgium is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair, and ensure readiness of electric and autonomous vehicles for robotaxi operations across Europe.

You will work with AV Operations Leads, depot teams, safety operators, SDS Specialists and engineering to minimize downtime, perform high‑voltage safety, software updates, and support autonomous driving hardware in shift‑based or 24/7 environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience with EV/diagnostics focus.
• Experience with diagnostic tools, service software, and repair documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in shift-based environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Diagnose, repair, and validate mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related issues.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms, ADAS systems, and autonomous driving hardware.
• Perform software updates and configuration changes with defined procedures.
• Lead shifts when required and provide guidance to junior technicians and depot teams.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to prioritize repairs and reduce downtime.
