UCB is seeking an E-connectivity Network Lead to manage a network engineering team and oversee secure, scalable solutions in a Belgian context. You will own delivery from design through implementation and drive reliability across the network estate.

The role requires strong enterprise network design experience and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, with French language considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise network design and service delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• French (advantage)

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of network engineers, supporting day-to-day operations and people development.
• Own the delivery of network projects from design through implementation.
• Maintain strong operational performance across the network estate.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to the network roadmap and help shape long-term improvements.
