Keystone Solutions seeks a Chief Enterprise Architect for a consultancy at a client site. You will define and deploy the enterprise architecture framework and the urbanization trajectory of the information system, working closely with stakeholders to master technology complexity.

You will ensure governance, quality and compliance with NIS2 and GDPR, lead deliverables, and align digital investments with public service missions across multi-entity environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in enterprise architecture or related field.
• Experience in defining and deploying enterprise architecture frameworks and transformation trajectories.
• Experience in strategic consulting with executive management.
• Experience in multi-entity organizations (public structures, utilities, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Lead the complete definition and implementation of the enterprise architecture framework.
• Develop and present deliverables including the EA framework, information system mapping, architecture models, and governance framework.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as NIS2 and GDPR.
• Accountable for quality, planning, and governance of all project deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure coherence and quality of deliverables.
