ITS Group Benelux seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead strategic transformation, focusing on a Centralized Data Layer and migration programs. You will map AS-IS and TO-BE landscapes, define operating models, and ensure alignment across business, data, and IT teams.

The role requires Dutch and French language skills, with English a plus, in a hybrid Belgium environment. You will collaborate with public-sector stakeholders and internal technical and data teams.

Qualifications

• Senior Enterprise Architect with proven experience in complex public-sector environments.
• Strong expertise in data and services architecture and business-IT alignment.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define business, application, and data architecture frameworks.
• Inventory and map AS-IS and TO-BE landscapes and data flows.
• Design a Centralized Data Layer and target operating model.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Produce architecture deliverables, roadmaps, and governance artifacts.
• Support migration and digital transformation programs.
