KCS IT is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our hybrid team in Leuven. The role focuses on leading Copilot Studio and Power Platform initiatives, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring scalable, secure AI-driven solutions across client projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement architecture best practices, governance, and release processes, while mentoring peers and driving continuous improvement in SDLC and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Senior Enterprise Architect with 5+ years of experience.
• Subject matter expert in Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Ability to define roadmaps, governance models and platform strategy.

Responsabilités

• Act as a subject matter expert for Copilot Studio and related Power Platform technologies.
• Help define the roadmap and strategic vision for the Copilot Studio Software Factory.
• Evaluate best practices, architectural patterns, governance models, and platform capabilities.
• Advise on scalability, maintainability, security, and operational excellence of conversational AI solutions.
• Support design and implementation of complex Copilot Studio solutions.
• Guide teams on SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management practices.
• Collaborate with architects to translate concepts into implementable solutions.
• Stay ahead of Copilot Studio innovations and assess new features for adoption.
• Coach and mentor internal team members in Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable implementation patterns.

• Contribute to documentation, standards, and reusable implementation patterns.
