Ball Corporation seeks a Safety Advisor to support the EHS Manager, ensuring environmental, health, and safety aspects, fire safety and protection of people and the environment. You will assist management, manage EHS and FSPP risks, and help coordinate safety activities on site.

The role requires Level I or II Prevention Advisor certification, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Dutch; a strong industry background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Level I or II Prevention Advisor certification.
• 2–3 years of experience as Safety Advisor.
• Experience in industry.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Be the point of contact for external service personnel on psychosocial aspects, occupational hygiene, ergonomics, and occupational medicine.
• Identify hazards and advise on risks and preventive measures.
• Provide training to foster a stable safety culture.
