Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Drupal) to join the Brussels-based IT team. The role focuses on Drupal 10+ backend and Twig frontend, with collaboration alongside a major client’s IT function on site.

You will work onsite in Brussels, operating within Agile teams, documenting decisions, and ensuring secure, high-performance Drupal solutions across environments.

Qualifications

• Master degree in IT or relevant discipline with extensive IT experience.
• Minimum 13 years in IT and 5+ years in Drupal development.
• Strong PHP, Twig, Drupal theming and multilingual/multisite experience.
• Proven Drupal 9/10/11 expertise and secure coding practices.
• Experience with Drush, Composer, Git; familiar with CI/CD and Docker.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and optimise Drupal 10 backend functionalities.
• Build and customise Twig templates for Drupal frontend.
• Implement scalable, secure custom modules per business needs.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and integration mismatches.
• Support deployment across local/ACC/PROD environments.
