Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Designer or similar role.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a team and manage workload independently.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Proficiency in mobile-first design patterns for digital products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects including mobile apps.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe CS and Figma.
• Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to shape new features from concept to launch.
• Clearly document and communicate design decisions to leadership and development teams.
• Contribute to the overall product experience and long-term design vision.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear, intuitive designs.
• Create wireframes, wireflows, and high- and low-fidelity prototypes (primarily in Figma).
• Ensure consistency with our design system while driving innovation where appropriate.
• Identify gaps in the design system and build new or updated components.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing with external UX research partners.
• Leverage user insights and data to guide design choices.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals.
• Work with product managers during refinement to ensure business and user needs are clear.
• Collaborate with developers during implementation for high-quality execution of designs.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in UX/UI and product design.
• Apply meaningful placeholder copy to support copywriting.
• Design with accessibility in mind, ensuring compliance with European Accessibility Guidelines.
