Job summary

Médiane Benelux is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to help automate the software delivery chain for real-time railway signaling systems. You will join a DevSecOps team focused on integrating security into development, deployment and production environments.

The role emphasizes automation, continuous improvement of CI/CD, vulnerability monitoring, and patch management across development and production environments. English required; French or Dutch beneficial.

Qualifications

Proven experience in DevOps / CI-CD environments.
Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles and security integration.
Proven expertise with Linux distributions (CentOS / RedHat / Fedora).
Hands-on experience with deployment automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins).
Scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
Good knowledge of network technologies (router, switch, VPN, firewall).
Basic knowledge of VMware ESXi / vCenter or similar.

Responsibilities

Implement and document automated software deployment processes.
Support production installations, updates and patches.
Monitor vulnerabilities and contribute to security-related tasks.
Manage patching for development and production environments.
Maintain and support development environments.
Improve CI/CD and DevSecOps processes.
Provide 2nd line support for software and IT equipment.
Document technical procedures and keep them up to date.
