Acuity Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Commerce Platform team.

You will design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation patterns to support scalable, secure delivery of our commerce applications and services. Collaborate with software engineers, QA, security, and product teams to raise engineering standards and drive operational maturity across Azure‑based platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-6+ years in software development, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience designing, maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud and Linux.
• Programming/scripting with Python.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Hands-on IaC experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Bicep.
• Strong DevSecOps practices and secure delivery.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools.
• Excellent collaboration across Agile teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead automation of provisioning, environment management, and deployment workflows.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery across the commerce platform.
• Promote DevOps, platform engineering, and security best practices across the team.
• Build and improve CI/CD standards using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Support containerized workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and related tools.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability with Azure Monitor, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across infra and pipelines.
