Experts Group International in Belgium is seeking an experienced Development Expert to join its aluminium building systems team. You will develop and improve sliding and folding systems from concept through to launch, collaborating with suppliers, engineers and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years of technical experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. You will apply strong product design and manufacturing knowledge, and use AutoCAD 2D, Inventor and MS Office to

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering/technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Development, Architecture or related field.
• Experience with sliding/folding systems, aluminium systems or the construction industry.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent English; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve sliding and folding systems from concept through launch.
• Manage project planning, quality, cost and risks.
• Prototype and hands-on testing to solve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineers and internal teams.
• Ensure products meet technical standards and quality requirements.
• Contribute to new product ideas and continuous improvement.
