Job summary

Keystone Solutions recherche un Senior Developer spécialisé WinDev pour une mission de conseil sur site client, avec autonomie dans l’analyse et la documentation des deux applications stratégiques GESTSCOL et SIPPT.

Vous travaillerez en mode hybride (50% présence en bureau) et assurerez une extériorisation technique et un suivi avec les équipes métiers, le tout exclusivement en français. Durée: 12 mois, 04/01/2027 - 31/12/2027, contrat part-time 3/5.

Qualifications

• Expert en Analyse Technique et Développement WinDev pour applications lourdes (WinDev)
• Maîtrise HFSQL Classic et HFSQL Client/Serveur
• Connaissance du mécanisme de génération, compilation et déploiement WinDev
• Utilisation d’outils de gestion de versions (Git, SVN) et contrôle de versions
• Conduite d’audits techniques et documentation d’architecture complète

Responsibilities

• Analyser et documenter l’architecture des applications GESTSCOL et SIPPT.
• Réaliser un audit technique des applications et cartographier composants, bases HFSQL et flux de données.
• Rédiger une documentation d’architecture destinée aux équipes techniques et métier.
• Évaluer les prérequis opérationnels et techniques (licences, infrastructures, procédures de déploiement).
• Gérer les risques techniques, opérationnels et organisationnels et proposer un plan d’action.
• Assurer maintenance évolutive, diagnostics et assistance métier, et tests techniques de validation.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Developer specializing in WinDev for a consultancy mission at a client site. As a consultant, you will be representing Keystone Solutions while working on strategic applications that are crucial for the client's operations.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, documentation, maintenance, and evolution of two strategic applications developed in the WinDev environment:

• GESTSCOL, a school management solution used by educational institutions in Wallonia-Brussels.
• SIPPT, an application for managing activities of the Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work.

You will work closely with business teams to ensure service continuity, risk management, and application sustainability. These responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.

Key Objectives:

• Analyze and document the application architecture.
• Conduct a comprehensive technical audit of GESTSCOL and SIPPT applications.
• Map the existing software architecture, including:
  • Application components;
  • HFSQL databases and structures;
  • Interfaces and data flows;
  • Synchronization and replication mechanisms;
  • Document management and document generation;
  • Security mechanisms and rights management.
• Produce usable architecture documentation for technical and business teams.
• Identify operational and maintenance prerequisites, including:
  • WinDev, WebDev, HFSQL licenses, and third-party components;
  • Server and client workstation infrastructures;
  • Deployment procedures;
  • Backup and restoration mechanisms;
  • Synchronization and replication procedures;
  • Source code, repositories, and version management tools.
• Evaluate the capacity for maintenance recovery by a third party.
• Manage risks by identifying technical, operational, and organizational risks associated with the applications, including:
  • Data loss or corruption risks;
  • Dependency risks on certain technologies or resources;
  • Security risks;
  • Documentation and code maintainability risks.
• Develop a risk management strategy and a prioritized action plan, including:
  • Corrective actions;
  • Preventive actions;
  • Modernization recommendations.
• Provide corrective, evolutionary maintenance, and business support by:
  • Analyzing and addressing incidents and assistance requests;
  • Participating in diagnosing anomalies and proposing appropriate corrections;
  • Developing functional evolutions validated by business teams;
  • Conducting technical tests and supporting acceptance;
  • Deploying corrections and evolutions;
  • Providing technical advice to business leaders and IT teams.

Expected Deliverables:

• Detailed architecture dossier for GESTSCOL and SIPPT applications.
• Inventory of technical prerequisites, licenses, and infrastructures.
• Mapping of flows and interfaces.
• Risk analysis and risk reduction plan.
• Documentation of operational and maintenance procedures.
• Periodic maintenance report and tracking of business requests.

As a consultant, you will work under the same conditions as our internal staff, with a hybrid model combining on-site and remote work, requiring a minimum of 50% presence in our offices. This mission will be conducted exclusively in French.
