WeWantMore is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead F&B, experiential, and hospitality projects from concept through to execution. You’ll translate bold ideas into buildable spaces, guide teams, and present to clients at all stages. The role is based in Antwerp with central interaction and a collaborative studio culture.

You bring around 8 years of experience in relevant design fields, fluent English, and a proven ability to push the creative brief while respecting budgets and timelines.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you play a key role in pushing our work forward—challenging conventions and creating spaces that deliver greater meaning, value, and relevance for our clients and their guests.

You lead F&B, experiential, and hospitality design projects from idea to execution, combining strong conceptual thinking with refined spatial design and a collaborative mindset. Working closely with the Creative Director and multidisciplinary teams, you translate bold ideas into thoughtful, buildable spaces.

You take ownership of projects from concept through detailed design development.

You develop strong creative concepts that respond to the client’s brief while pushing the project beyond expectations.

You design spatial layouts and interiors in all their detail.

You guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers.

You present projects to clients at all stages.

You create, review, and approve FF&E selections and schedules.

You keep in mind budget and timing expectations during the design phase.

You brief internal and external production partners.

You maintain concept and design control during site phases.

The position is based in our Antwerp studio, where close interaction and teamwork fuel creativity and innovation.

You bring around 8 years of experience in F&B, experiential, or hospitality interior design, consistently delivering meaningful, high-quality spatial work.

You thrive in an international environment and are willing to travel across Europe and the Middle East.

You are fluent in English.
