Fujitsu in Brussels seeks a Senior Data Engineer to own end-to-end data engineering for a strategic on-premise Data Exchange Platform. You will design ingestion pipelines, implement Bronze/Silver/Gold models, and ensure data governance and security across multi-domain data.

You will work with a Data Architect, Solution Architect and BI Developer to deliver reliable pipelines, data lineage, and robust BI endpoints.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills and data modeling experience.
• Hands-on with dbt/dbt-core and Delta Lake.
• Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong data governance and metadata management capabilities.
• Experience with a data orchestrator (Dagster or Airflow).
• Proficient Linux/OpenShift and cloud-agnostic constraints.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement ingestion pipelines from heterogeneous sources.
• Develop incremental and streaming ingestion pipelines.
• Ensure pipeline reliability, idempotency and end-to-end traceability.
• Develop transformation models following a Medallion Architecture.
• Manage Delta Lake tables and ensure transactional consistency.
• Monitor runs, handle failures and automate alerts.
• Push metadata to data governance platform and support BI feeds.
