Rhox in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a Senior Data Engineer to transform CRM data into campaign-ready assets. You will design secure data models and production pipelines for marketing campaigns within the Marketing Data Warehouse and Adobe Campaign Classic.

You will translate business needs into scalable data solutions, collaborating with marketing, CRM and analytics, and owning end-to-end delivery with a focus on data governance and security.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL programming and query optimisation for large CRM datasets.
• Data modelling experience using PowerDesigner or equivalent.
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools: BO, SAS, Tableau.
• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic data structures.
• Ability to capture requirements and perform functional analysis.
• Solid understanding of data governance and security principles.
• Senior track record on CRM/marketing data platforms and warehouses.
• Master's degree or equivalent in analytics; fluent English; Dutch/French helpful.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and prototyping of data models, data flows and mappings for the Marketing Data Warehouse.
• Engineer ETL/data pipelines to deliver CRM datasets to MDWH and Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM and analytics to capture requirements and analyze needs.
• Monitor and optimize data loading in Adobe Campaign Classic and improve workflows.
• Provide support and troubleshoot data integration issues; drive improvements.
• Streamline data pipelines to maximise reuse and productivity.
