Pauwels Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end BI and Data Analytics initiatives, including reporting solutions, migrations, and ESG/CSRD compliance projects within a complex data landscape.

You will bridge business, IT and external suppliers, drive agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), and collaborate with Data Governance, Architecture and Engineering to build a future-proof data environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years as a Project Manager with hands-on delivery experience.
• 5+ years delivering Data & Analytics projects.
• Proven expertise in BI tools: Power BI, Fabric, Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
• Holds a degree in Economics, CS, or related field.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; C1 French.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic BI and Data Analytics projects and migrations.
• Bridge business, IT, and suppliers to ensure scope and quality.
• Develop reporting with ESG/CSRD compliance and KPI alignment.
• Drive agile delivery and ensure solution ownership.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Architecture, and Engineering for a consistent data environment.
• Document charters, roadmaps, migration plans, and architecture guidelines.
