Luminus is seeking a Senior Information Security Officer to lead and strengthen the company's cybersecurity vision. You will drive governance across IT, OT and business operations, reporting risks to executives and steering the security roadmap.

The role requires extensive leadership, deep regulatory knowledge and fluency in English and French. A master’s degree and recognized certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent expertise in information security, risk management or related field.
• CISSP, CISM and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certifications are required.
• Fluent in English and French; understanding of IT/OT environments and energy sector is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement a company-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess and report cybersecurity risks to executive leadership and governance bodies.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards and governance frameworks across the organization.
• Build and manage the cybersecurity roadmap to strengthen resilience and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, OT and business leaders to integrate security into key activities.
