Cainiao Group is seeking an experienced Senior Customs Declarant to drive B2B and B2C customs activities in Liège. You will perform hands‑on declarations, ensure compliance, onboard new customers and collaborate on process design and system implementation.

You will act as a subject‑matter expert for complex B2B flows, build scalable customs solutions, and provide operational support for high‑volume e‑commerce activities, ensuring timely clearance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in customs declarations or operations.
• Strong knowledge of the Union Customs Code and Belgian requirements.
• Experience with H1/H7, 40 00 and 42 00 procedures.
• Ability to design scalable customs solutions and onboard B2B customers.
• English and French proficiency at a professional level.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, submit and follow up B2B import customs declarations and related processes.
• Handle standard and complex procedures including transit movements and TARIC checks.
• Develop and implement B2B customs onboarding and customer solutions.
• Support daily B2C/e‑commerce operations and data‑quality controls.
• Translate regulations into clear business and system requirements.
• Coach and support junior staff and coordinate with internal teams.
