Alimentiv is seeking an experienced CRA to independently perform and oversee all aspects of site monitoring, coordinating with sponsor sites and cross-functional teams in a high accountability environment. The role includes mentoring junior CRAs, conducting assessments and audits, and ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance in accordance with ICH‑GCP.

The position requires 4–9 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and fluent English.

• 4–6 years of related experience
• 7–9 years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Fluent in written and verbal English

Responsabilités

• Independently conduct onsite and remote site monitoring
• Collaborate with site staff to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate shipment of clinical supplies and study documents
• Ensure site staff are trained on protocol and ICH‑GCP
• Participate in audits/inspections and site progress meetings
• Mentor CRA I/II and support interviews and process improvements
